inconsistent shower temperature no water pressure
The location was acceptable. It was close to the marina. Lots of restaurants were nearby.
I encountered several issues (oh boy). The shower temperature was inconsistent. Water pressure was non-existent. These things were not ideal after a long day.

The location allows easy access to nearby restaurants. The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found the breakfast diverse and fresh. It was the best I had during my trip.

slow check-in reception staff
the location was pretty decent situated between the ocean and the marina it was acceptable
check in was slow i waited a ridiculous 35 minutes it seemed deliberate a quite unpleasant lady re authorized my credit card and it took 15 minutes the reception staff needs serious training

superb marina stay
friendly staff indoor spa lovely spread
The hotel is very well-located near the marina. friendly staff assisted with all requests. the indoor spa and pool offered great relaxation. The breakfast had a lovely spread. i look forward to returning if i'm in the area again.
The soundproofing wasn't sufficient. Noise from the marina was noticeable. sleep was difficult.

the hotel features an indoor pool, a sauna and a steam room, giving guests multiple options for relaxation, though i noted the absence of an outdoor jacuzzi, which would have enhanced the experience.

the room had large windows that gave a nice view, including comfortable beds. the room was cleaned twice a day, even without requesting it.

Staff were pretty good too ensure a cute stay. They were polite and attentive! concierge staff were very helpful. Anil, the waiter, was friendly and efficient. service was great.

Superb Stay Overlooking the Marina
clean room good breakfast helpful staff
The room was very clean the bed felt comfortable. Breakfast was very good it offered much variety suiting many tastes. Staff members were helpful I was pleased with the level of assistance. There was an indoor swimming pool I also noted indoor spa treatment facilities.
I noticed bright balcony lights stayed on until late it spoiled the view of the marina in the evening.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit. I saw an employee greet someone with an umbrella on a rainy morning. Two evening meals at the hotel showed great service and food quality.

The room overlooked the sea. A bottle of water was replenished each day. Bathrobes and slippers were also provided. The room felt spacious to me.

Staff interacted well and offered help when asked. One staff member brought my coat to reception after I left it in the breakfast room. The staff seemed generally friendly and efficient .
